"Hello Camp Rock 2"!!

Demi Lovato’s tour has ended and according to her tweets, she’s a little sad about it. She tweeted yesterday, “:( my heart hurts right now. Bye bye tour… “ But ,the Sonny with a Chance star didn’t stay sad for long! Why? Because now she can start filming the Disney Channel Original Movie “Camp Rock 2”. After expressing her sadness over the tour ending, she tweeted “Buuuttt hello camp rock 2!”
Production on “Camp Rock 2” is set to begin very soon and is set to debut in 2010.
Demi and the Jonas Brothers will head back to “Camp Rock”, as well as Meaghan Jette Martin, Maria Canals-Barrera and Alyson Stoner. The characters will discover that some of the campers have ditched Camp Rock for a rival camp next door called Camp Star.
Also joining the film is hip hop artist Matthew “Mdot” Finley and Chloe Bridges, a 17-year-old classical pianist. Mdot plays the reigning singer across the lake at Camp Star who challenges Camp Rock to a musical showdown.
So where does the Shakespeare plot come into play? It comes when Nate (Nick Jonas) falls for Dana (Chloe Bridges), the daughter of Camp Star’s owner. So Nick has a love interest! It was Joe last time, now it’s Nick’s turn.
Are you excited about this movie?

Miley Burnin' Up The Charts!
Miley Cyrus’ song “Party in the USA” was released as a digital download last Tuesday. It is believed that the song could reach 200,000 downloads in its first week. Nice!
These sales numbers could push her to a top-five debut on the Billboard Hot 100. If she does make it to the Top 5 spot, that will beat her highest mark on the chart, which was number six for her song “The Climb” from March 21st.
But wait, it gets better! As you know, Miley is also a part of the Disney team who sang “Send it On”. She joined Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and Jonas Brothers.
“Send it On” was also released as a digital download on Tuesday and could possibly reach 70,000 to 85,000 downloads. If this happens, this means that Miley could have a pair of top 30 debuts on the Hot 100.
This girl is hot right now!! Have you bought either of these songs as a digital download?

Trace Cyrus Disses the Jonas Brothers!
Don't you hate it when older brothers say embarrassing things? Miley Cyrus may know how it feels!
Her 20 year-old bro Trace (lead singer of the band Metro Station) was recently interviewed for Details magazine and asked about his bad boy image compared to other pop acts.
His quote:"I'm not trying to clean my image to make anyone happy. I could have gone the route of the Jonas Brothers. Those guys can't live their lives freely. They have to put out this image that's totally fake."
Uh, so what are you saying, Trace? That Nick, Joe and Kevin are phony balonies? Them's fightin' words! (Especially since your sis dated one of them and is still good friends.)
But would Trace be prepared to take on the JBs if it came down to it? "I don't think any of them would be much trouble. I'd never lay a hand on Nick — I love that kid — but the other two better not get in my way."
Oh, snap! Hear that, JoBros? Trace is ready to throw down.
Miley? Maybe ready to throw up.

Miley is JEALOUS of the Jonas Brothers??!!!

Miley Cyrus, last year’s Teen Choice Awards host, is a little jealous of the Jonas Brothers. She isn’t bummed that she won’t be able to host the show alongside her on-again, off-again boyfriend Nick Jonas; she just thinks this year’s hosts have a big advantage over her hosting gig.
“I think it’s unfair, ’cause when I hosted, I was all by myself,” she told MTV News on the red carpet for the awards show, which was taped Sunday and airs Monday night (August 10). “So I’m sure all three of them can, you know, work it out.”
Cyrus is confident that Nick, Joe and Kevin will be able to handle their hosting responsibilities, especially since they aren’t flying solo like she did in 2008. “I’m just saying, I think it’s unfair,” she said sarcastically. “I needed three of me. I needed help.”
All joking aside, Cyrus did have some advice for the brothers. “Have fun,” she said. “And be prepared for the prompter not to work.”

To be honest if I were in Miley's place I would be jealous of the Jonas Brothers too! I mean it IS unfair that they are 3 and she was only 1!

Joe did what??!!

Fun Fact: Joe Jonas auditioned for the role of Justin in Wizards of Waverly Place!! That's a shocker!!! A realy big SHOCKER!!! Here are some more fun facts on JB:
Kevin Jonas and Danielle Deleasa, who first met in the Bahamas, have decided to return to the islands to celebrate their love. An insider told Star (Star's not a 100% reliable, so we'll see if this wedding info is true or not), "Kevin has told his family that he and Danielle want to marry in a church in the Bahamas and then hold their reception on a beach. They're already making some of the arrangements and they're getting close to choosing a date."
The Jonas Brothers had an interview with FresnoBee. About boybands having a limited shelf-life, Joe: "What people don't really understand is that we secretly are over the age of 40, so we've already lived through our shelf-life-time, so we're just going back and trying to reinvent ourselves. In all seriousness, we are just having fun with what we do and playing music." About being compared to the Beatles, Nick: "I think the Beatles are the Beatles and no one can touch that. We're honored that some people say that, but for us, we're just trying to be ourselves and just trying to really be inspired by a lot of things. You know artists like the Beatles, Elvis Costello, Johnny Cash, Prince and just continue to learn and have fun." About staying relevant in the music industry, Kevin: "You think about that every day as an artist in this generation. You look back on it, and just 10-15 years ago, Britney Spears and the 'N Syncs of the world were selling a million records in the first day of their album release and they were selling arenas out. We're on an arena tour, but no one's selling 10 million records anymore. The Internet has taken a very huge turn in music, but, of course, I think everyone wants to take new steps toward new ideas and new technologies that will allow music to get there, and get out there fast. We released an album a year the past four years now... Just always continually making new msuic and continuing to put out music is very key in a world that moves so quickly." About staying grounded, Nick: "It's about the family base. We've made that rule No. 1 from day one, making sure that the family comes first and that we focus on that. That's the priority, Also we live by the rule, 'We live life if it's at the top like we're at the bottom' which means stay humble and keep the right attitude."
Nick Jonas told M Magazine that "Before The Storm" is the song that means the most to him on their new album: "I'm really happy with the song and am glad it was able to happen." He added, "It's not the end, just a new chapter." Miley dished about the two of them: "Obviously Nick and I have a lot of history. We know people might ask, 'Why would Miley be in a song?' It's because Nick and I love each other, think the world of each other and no matter what, we're gonna be best friends." Nick revealed that he and Miley are "hanging out, having a good time and enjoying life. We've reconnected and that's what's important." Miley added, "I'm so happy to be in the Jonas Brothers' lives and them in mine and my family is happy we're hanging out again."

How Does Nick Stay GROUNDED On Tour?
Jonas Brothers are doing their world tour recently and there are still 4 months left! That means they need a lot of energy to perform every night in front of a thousand screaming girls! So, how are they keeping themselves grounded with so much fame, sound checks, packed arenas, and ofcourse, the screaming fans! Read what Nick had to say about this: “It’s about the family base. We’ve made that rule #1 from day one, making sure that the family comes first and that we focus on that. That’s the priority. Also we live by the rule, ‘We live life if it’s at the top like we’re at the bottom,’ which basically means stay humble and keep the right attitude.” So it's family that keeps them so down to earth! That's so sweet that they keep family first! It's good to know that they are the same down to earth guys we fell in love with a couple of years ago! If you have any concert pix then send them to hirajugnu@yahoo.com, and maybe they could end up on my blog!Wednesday, July 29, 2009
Jonas Brotherly Love!
Nick, Kevin and Joe Jonas took a break from touring to support their kid brother Frankie at the premiere for Ponyo in Hollywood last night! They’re all SO proud of Frankie, who provided a voice in this cool animated movie, and showed up full force. Family is so important for the Jonas Brothers and they wouldn’t have missed this for anything. Ponyo comes out in theaters everywhere on August 14th. Are YOU gonna go see it?!Saturday, July 25, 2009

Mysterious Jonas Moose??!!!

Another day, another crazy Jonas Brothers soundcheck costume! And this one is totally wild!
Just one question: which of the JB's went all Bullwinkle on us? When they tweeted the pic, they didn't say! Is it goofy Joe underneath the fur? Crazy Kevin? Nick?
Nah, probably not Nick. But you never know! So in the comments, let us know who YOU think is the man behind the moose!

JB Charms NY!!!
It was a far cry from the arenas the Jonas Brothers are accustomed to selling out, but there was just as much excitement in the air as anxious Jo Bros fans filed into the PC Richard and Son Theater in Manhattan’s TriBeCa neighborhood Monday afternoon.Fans from age 4 to 40 (and above) were lined up before dawn, standing under the hot sun eagerly anticipating the brothers taking the stage. As Nick, Kevin and Joe’s pictures graced the video screen before the show kicked off, little woots and hollers erupted from many a ‘tween – high-pitched screams that only some dogs could hear.
The brothers kicked off the show with their latest single, “Paranoid,” and it was almost hard to hear Nick singing over the chorus of adolescent girls. Little girls on daddy and mommy’s shoulders craned their necks to get a glimpse of the trio of good-looking Jersey boys over the camera phones held in the air. A mother in the back of the audience reminisced, “Remember going to concerts back in the day and holding up lighters?” – a nod to the technology of the ‘tweens – each one with his or her own device capturing the concert while simultaneously providing a little light.
The Jonas Brothers played the fun, upbeat tracks “That’s Just the Way We Roll” and “Play My Music” before Nick sat down at the piano for the fourth song, a slower tune form the latest album called “Much Better.”
Then Joe asked the audience, “Who’s ready to go to the year 3000?” before launching into the song, “Year 3000,” after which he accused the moms and dads in the audience of dancing in the back, trying to stay away from the crowd at the front.
The boys told the audience that they were proud of their latest album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times, which is certainly much more mature than their previous efforts. But with 19-year old Joe and Nick at only 16, some of the content of their new music seems almost too mature. Cue “World War III” – a song they encouraged everyone to dance to, even though it talks about fighting with your loved one. A little mature for a teenage relationship, or perhaps a vision of the marital bliss that newly-engaged Kevin Jonas will soon know all too well.
They slow things down with “I Gotta Find You” from the movie Camp Rock followed by “Turn Right” from the latest album – both songs that every screaming girl in the audience knew verbatim.
It’s no secret that The Jonas Brothers are not the most talented singers or musicians on the planet. But what they lack in vocal talent they make up for tenfold in the way they interact with their adoring fans – smiling and winking at them and making every girl in the room hope that she just might have a shot with one of the two still single Jonas Brothers.
“We are on tour right now,” Nick told the intimate crowd of 200. “Our first world tour… To think that 3 or 4 years ago we were playing in venues where maybe ten people showed up… All because of you guys!” The Brothers then sang what has become a sort of anthem to the fans, “When You Look Me in the Eyes.”
The highlight of the performance came when Jordin Sparks made a surprise appearance – to the enthusiastic delight of the crowd. She joined the Jonas Brothers onstage (Nick on drums) to perform her hit “Battlefield” – as well as promote her album, which hits stores Tuesday. “Have a great set!” she told the guys as she exited the stage after wowing the crowd with her stellar voice, adding that she hoped that everyone would “pick up a copy or five” of her new album.
Excited girls passed notes and signs and handmade drawings to the stage, and the Jonas Brothers even made fun of themselves, it seemed, when they asked, “Where’s all the parents in the room? Show your kids you still got it!” before covering Neil Diamond’s “Sweet Caroline.”
The brothers closed the show with a song they wrote in New York City, “Lovebug,” a sweet, albeit sophomoric ode to falling in love that any generation of listener could relate to. And when it comes to the sweet, innocent, and adorably cute Jonas Brothers, what’s not to love?

“Joe Jonas’ New Hairstyle Explained: We Uncover The Mystery Behind The Locks”
The Joe Jonas we’ve all grown to love is not the same man we were first introduced to. The Joe we first met used to straighten his hair. But, in the last few months the 19-year-old heartthrob has done away with the flat iron and decided to embrace his naturally curly locks. It’s a look already rocked by both brothers Kevin and Nick.So when MTV News met up with the guys on Wednesday, they took it upon themselves to find out why Joe’s been embracing that fetching new hairstyle. “You know what happened?” eldest brother, Kevin explained to MTV News. “One day he went to the beach and just like the salt water I think it messed up your hair because it all of a sudden became curly.”
Both Nick and Kevin agree that it looks “good” and “awesome.” Plus, it’s probably a lot less maintenance and that’s always a plus in hot, humid summer weather and during an intense summer tour.
We have to say we love the new look. We think it makes him look dashing and mature. But, it’s hard not to like something the JoBros are sporting.
“Nick Jonas Says ‘It’ll Be A While’ Before He Heads To College”
Nick Jonas isn’t planning on resting on his pop-star laurels. The 16-year-old is already looking at what he might do next, now that he has conquered music, TV and movies. So, one day in the distant future, college does seem like the likely next step for this Jonas brother. He was recently rumored to have been checking out Northwestern University and on Wednesday (June 15) he confirmed to MTV News that he had in fact stopped by the school’s Chicago campus. However, he was quick to point out that he’s not planning on ditching his band or his current job as heartthrob for academia anytime soon.
“I did go see the college just to go check it out. I’ve always been interested in going to school in Chicago. I love Chicago,” he said. “It’s one of my favorite cities. And it was great just to see it. And that’s where it’s at right now.” He added that “it’ll be a while before I end up going anyway, because we’re obviously very busy — but that’s about where we left it off.”
Nick, who graduated from high school in June, hadn’t yet celebrated the big milestone when MTV News last spoke with him. So had the boys done anything for their little brother since then? “We had an all-around party,” Nick said, speaking of the party celebrating his graduation, the brothers’ mother’s birthday and their album, Lines, Vines and Trying Times, topping the charts. “We had a party at the beginning of the tour.”

A LOT sure has changed since then, but they’re STILL the same down to earth guys that love goofing around with each other during their downtime. And look how DIFFERENT they look! Can you believe Kevin is getting MARRIED?!
Time sure does fly, doesn’t it?! We’re just glad the Jonas Brothers are still the same FUN guys that they were when they took this pic!
