Miley Burnin' Up The Charts!
Miley Cyrus’ song “Party in the USA” was released as a digital download last Tuesday. It is believed that the song could reach 200,000 downloads in its first week. Nice!
These sales numbers could push her to a top-five debut on the Billboard Hot 100. If she does make it to the Top 5 spot, that will beat her highest mark on the chart, which was number six for her song “The Climb” from March 21st.
But wait, it gets better! As you know, Miley is also a part of the Disney team who sang “Send it On”. She joined Demi Lovato, Selena Gomez and Jonas Brothers.
“Send it On” was also released as a digital download on Tuesday and could possibly reach 70,000 to 85,000 downloads. If this happens, this means that Miley could have a pair of top 30 debuts on the Hot 100.
