Demi Lovato: 'The Beauty Book' BTS Photo Shoot

Demi Lovato wraps her dark locks in a head scarf in this behind-the-scenes look at her shoot for “The Beauty Book for Brain Cancer.”

The 19-year-old musician is just one of many celebs featured in the upcoming coffee table book which benefits brain cancer research.

All the monies raised from the book will go to fund both SNOG (Sydney Neurology Oncology Group) which aims to improve the management of brain tumors through targeted research, information and constant scrutiny of treatment options and HEADRUSH, a solely volunteer-run, USA Madison-based, non-profit organization whose mission is to significantly improve the future of Brain Tumor research, treatment, and survivorship.

Other celebs involved in the project include Dianna Agron, Justin Bieber, Miley Cyrus, Ashley Greene, Liam Hemsworth, Daren Kagasoff, Leighton Meester, Brittany Snow, and Shailene Woodley.

Miley Cyrus turns her head away as she sips on an iced coffee in Studio City, Calif., on Saturday afternoon (September 11).
The 17-year-old actress was spotted with her former flame Liam Hemsworth!
After dropping Liam off at Panera Bread for food, Miley went through the Starbucks drive thru for a couple of drinks. Talk about multi-tasking!
The Last Song couple split ways last month while Miley was filming L.O.L. in Detroit, Michigan.

A source told OK! magazine: “She’s convinced she’ll spend the rest of her life with him. She’s talking about a wedding as soon as she turns 18. She’s even asked her mom if she can wear her wedding dress.”

Miley spotted kissing her co-star Liam!!

Nick, who?! According to a source, Miley Cyrus was spotted kissing and cuddling with her The Last Song co-star, Liam Hemsworth, at a Nashville airport on Wednesday!
Miley and Liam spent all summer together in Tybee Island, Georgia filming the flick, but for most of the summer, Miley was rumored to be back on with Nick Jonas. This story comes on the heels of sources telling J-14 that Miley and Nick were definitely back on!
However, as usual, Miley took to her Twitter to tell her side:
