The rapper/producer said in the special 48 Hours With Diddy that he'd give JB the hot wheels when he turned 16, and a few months after the big birthday, The Bieb is reportedly crusin' in style.
So where did he take it first? Well, the other day, Justin was spotted behind-the-wheel with BFF Sean Kingston to pick up some frozen yogurt. Jealous?
