"He's a dork!" she said. "He's just not cool... he's like my little brother!" Wow, Sel! Harsh. Seems like Justin's officially in the dreaded "friend" zone!
Luckily, though, The Bieb's busy hittin' the beach in Hawaii with Jasmine Villegas, so he prob has other things on his mind....
