Family drama won't keep Miley Cyrus down!The star — whose parents recently announced their divorce — is planning her 18th birthday on November 23, and MTV News talked about how she'll be celebrating the big day.
"I'm not going to go crazy; [just] have a fun party and then maybe take a vacation with my family... because that would be really cool," Miley said. "I think we need time to all be together." That sounds like a great idea to us!
Then, when the reporter pretended to conduct the interview in Spanish, though, Miley started cracking up. "I failed Spanish," she revealed. "I'm really, really bad at it. It's not the words; it's the pronunciation that the hard part."
