Need to get something off your chest, JBiebz? While the pop star was kickin' it in Edmonton, Canada this weekend on his My World tour, he stopped by the local Hooters with a few of his backup dancers to enjoy the, er, scenery.
After hanging out in the restaurant for a bit, he agreed to serenade the Hooters girls after the manager bribed our little pint-sized star with a free meal. And the fans were stoked!
