Well, good news — this girl is a close friend, but she ain't dating Justin! Say hello to Jessica Jarrell, a 15-year old R&B singer that provides the female voice on JB's song "Overboard". And you'll be seeing her with Justin a whole lot more — she's opening up for him during his first headlining tour of North America!
Now, we can't say there ain't something going down between the two on the sly, but they've been seen together for musical purposes. Does that mean it will become something more? We shall see!
