Even though Justin Bieber was recently spotted hugging a blond girl with, ahem, VERY short shorts on the set of his new video for "U Smile," E! confirms that the singer's single status is still in tact.
Apparently, the mysterious blonde was just part of filming and the embrace was "all business."
