Guess they're gonna let him finish!MTV just announced that Kanye West will perform at the MTV VMAs on Septmeber 12, one year after crashing the stage when our girl Taylor Swift won Best Female Video.
And, yes, he's already tweeted about it: "Just met with MTV and it's about to go down! VMA's!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
