Wizards of Waverly Place The Movie won an Emmy over the weekend for Outstanding Children's Program, beating out JONAS, Hannah Montana, and iCarly. This is the second year in a row the cast won the Emmy in this category -- last year the TV show Wizards of Waverly Place won.
Selena Gomez, who was unable to attend the ceremony because she had a concert in St. Louis, MO, Tweeted, "Congrats to everyone at WIzards we won our second Emmy!!!!"
A second Wizards of Waverly Place movie is already in the works and is expected to come out next year.
